After having finalized the maritime / engineering studies at the University of applied sciences as well as the seagoing experience, the company's founder Nils Strohmann was an associated member of a renowned expert bureau dealing with the typical P&I cover, liability in marine transport and commercial surveys within the shipowners / charterering segment.

Afterwards he worked at worldwide operating shipping company dealing with charter parties, cargo claims, flag transactions and re-/delivery transactions from and to major charterers located throughout the world; allowing to put himself in charterers and shipowners role and to recognize their particular needs.

The typical field of work was expanded by the hull & machinery sector, flag state and towage approbations.

International wind energy projects for off-shore and on-shore installations were one of his major tasks within the last years. Towage approbations, transport planning and realization covered the scope of services rendered.
